www.angeloftrust.com has a friendly return and refund policy to ensure your online purchase is free of stress. We offer “Buyer Protection” for all our valued customers. We are with you before the purchase, at the time of purchase and after your purchase. We are not perfect but we have ensured hard that our refund/return policies do not bring any ugly surprises to you post your purchase. However, we expect your understanding on the fact that every handicraft is being made using hands or certain tools. In order to avoid any dissatisfaction to our handicraft artists, we do not cover all aspects of return and refund as you often see on other eCommerce portal.
Your handicrafts will be replaced only incase of product being received in damaged condition or product being received is entirely different from the one you placed as an order and provided the problem has been been informed to the us via email (email@example.com) within 24hrs after receipt of the product. Also note that the product will be considered for replacement only after you have received a confirmation from us by email.
We do not guarantee the Handicraft’s colour bleeding.
We aim to keep every item on our website in the stock either with us or with our supplier listed on the website. However if there is an item which you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 working days of your purchase. You then have the option of either substituting for another item confirming via email or the money will be refunded to you.
The Product measurement mentioned on the website is approximate and 95% to the accuracy. Please review our product specification to select best suited crafts for you. Due to the nature of different handwork and manual operation the given measurement may differ marginally.
Do not wash or apply any chemical to clean the handicrafts. Any liquid damage, chemical damage, mechanical damage etc will not be considered for warranty replacement or refund.
We do our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

How to raise dispute for an order?
You can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 24 hours of delivery. We need photos of the damaged/defective/different products received so that we can defend your dispute with relevant seller. Please mention your order number in the email and attach your invoice.
After the seller reviews your return request, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on resolution or return of your item. Please allow the seller three business working days to respond to your return request and provide instructions on returning your item. We recommend using an online traceable courier service for returning your items.
What to do if Seller is not responding to the dispute?
Please allow 3 business working days for your seller to address the issue and provide instructions for your return/ resolution. If the seller does not respond even after 3 business working days, or if your issue is not addressed to your satisfaction, you can submit the dispute by sending email to email@example.com and we will ensure you get timely resolution to your dispute.
Who pays for the delivery charges for returning of products?
When you are returning an item that was damaged/ defective or due to an error on the seller’s part, you will be compensated for return courier charges. You will be paid/given Coupon Code for the said value which can be used to buy any of the AngelOfTrust products within next 3 months. Please pack well when you are returning the product so that it reaches the seller in good condition.
The amount you paid for the product plus any shipping paid at the time of order will be directly refunded back to your bank account/credit card/debit card within 15 working days of refund if product replacement is not available.
When will I be refunded?
We can refund you when the seller notifies us of the receipt of the item back from you or the online tracking shows as delivered to the seller address. Remember that items have to be returned to sellers directly by you. Once the seller notifies us of the receipt of the return item, we will credit the amount back to you within 15 working days (does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays or any other public holidays).
Disputes if any should be subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
We reserve the right to amend and / alter any of the above terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
